Trident III LP, a private equity fund managed by Stone Point Capital LLC, is exclusively focused on the insurance, reinsurance and financial service industries. Stone Point Capital is the successor to MMC Capital, following the sale of the business to its management by Marsh & McLennan Companies in May 2005. Stone Point Capital has a history of successfully sponsoring the formation of insurance and reinsurance companies in response to market dislocations, including Harbor Point Limited, AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, Mid Ocean Limited, and XL Capital Limited.

Crestview Capital Partners is a 1.4 billion US dollar private equity fund. Crestview's founding partners have invested nearly 6 billion US dollars in a wide range of industries in North America and Europe. OZ Master Fund, Ltd., OZ Europe Master Fund, Ltd. and OZ Global Special Investment Master Fund, L.P. are affiliated investment funds of Och-Ziff Capital Management Group ("Och-Ziff"), a global institutional asset management firm founded in 1994 by Daniel Och, with offices worldwide, managing in excess of USD 21 billion. To date, Och-Ziff has invested over USD 4.5 billion in Global Private Equity, which encompasses various industries and geographies. Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec

The Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec was created in 1965 by an Act of the National Assembly of the Province of Québec, Canada, to manage the funds contributed to a newly created universal pension plan, the Québec Pension Plan. The Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec is the largest institutional fund manager in Canada and one of Québec's leading financial institutions. It invests in Québec and Canada as well as internationally and conducts its operations from its business office in Montréal and its head office in Québec City. The institution's mission is to receive moneys on deposit as provided by law and manage them with a view to achieving optimal return on capital within the framework of depositors' investment policies while at the same time contributing to Québec's economic development.

FI Equity Partners

FI Equity Partners BV is an ABN Amro entity ("ABN AMRO") for making Merchant Banking investments in the financial services sector. ABN AMRO is a leading international financial institution with assets of EUR 987 billion and shareholders' equity of EUR 23.6 billion as of December 31, 2006. ABN AMRO's Merchant Banking Group makes non-strategic private equity investments in the financial services sector using ABN AMRO's balance sheet capital. Its investment portfolio currently includes significant minority investments in Korea Exchange Bank in South Korea, NIBC in The Netherlands, GFKL Financial Services in Germany, Bluestone Mortgages in Australia and Pension Insurance Corporation Holdings in the UK.
